Payment

To purchase a print from Ellipsis Prints click ‘purchase’ and go through the payment process by credit or debit card or Paypal. After payment has been made you will be sent a proof of payment by email. All prices are for unframed artworks. We currently do not charge VAT on artworks.

Delivery

Prints are despatched within 2-3 working days from the UK.

Prints are delivered unframed. They will arrive rolled in a tube and sent via a tracked service with full insurance. A flat fee for delivery will be added to your order depending on the country to which we are sending it.

Shipping prices for unframed artworks:

UK: Free (Royal Mail tracked delivery)

Europe: £25 (DHL courier delivery, this includes all fees and taxes payable - no charges on delivery)

US & Canada: £30 (UPS courier delivery, no fees or taxes are usually payable)

Rest of World: £45 (UPS courier delivery, fees and taxes may be payable at your destination)

Import Duties and Taxes

If you are live outside of the UK then import duties may apply when artworks arrive in your country. For EU destinations these will be pre-paid by Ellipsis Prints. To other destinations will be passed on to the customer by the delivery company.

Cancellation and Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your artwork you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. Please return the work in its original condition and in its original packaging. If the print has been damaged during transit then please contact us by email and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Editions

The prints available through Ellipsis Prints are limited edition Risograph prints which have been specially commissioned. The artists have produced multiple copies of each design in a limited print run of 100 plus two artist’s proofs. All the editions available are unique to Ellipsis Prints and are not available elsewhere. Once the full print run of 100 is sold, the prints will no longer be available and can not be reissued.

Colours

The colour of the prints may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
